These days, with my HP Laptop down and because I am waiting to buy a new MacBook Pro in January or February (more about to buy or not buy a MacBook Pro now), I am having to depend on my iPhone and YouTube for some entertainment before going to bed. I started with watching standup comedies etc and then most recently stumbled upon 9/11 conspiracy theory videos.

Yesterday I came upon a full length video called Zeitgeist (almost 1 hour and 50 minutes long) which was quite shocking and blew my mind away. The video deals with 3 different topics that are brought together to establish the fact that for quite a long time now people have been lied to and manipulated and how a New World Order is in the making.

Topic one called “The Greatest Story Ever Told” deals with Christianity and draws comparisons to ancient Egyptian gods and astrology and argues that the historical Jesus is a literary and astrological hybrid, nurtured politically in the interest of control.

Topic two called “All the World’s a Stage” talks about the 9/11 attacks and about conspiracy theories about how this attack is an inside job and that the US government had prior knowledge of the attacks and how the military did not prevent the planes from reaching their targets and how the 9/11 commission report was not complete and supports the call for a new investigation into the attacks.

Topic three called “Don’t Mind the Men Behind the Curtain” argues that the three major wars that the US was involved in were instigated for economic gain by the Federal Reserve and a community of international bankers and talks about a plan to create a North American Union which would then be merged with the European Union, the African Union and a future Asian union to bring about a “One World Government” etc.

While I did not really believe all that was shown in the film, I found certain parts shocking and interesting. This film is like the mother of all conspiracy theories but I am disappointed they did not include Area 51 and the aliens in it. A great time pass and gives you a few things to think about.
