Is any one else having these issues? I emailed support and am yet to hear back from them. There is no apparent community help section for Premise so have not been able to post or read any similar gripes.

Also, I do not get the “Copywriting Assistance” feature which is just a series of articles (most of the content can be found on Copyblogger anyway). Before signing up I thought it would be a more of an analysis of what we write and then offer help – almost like how Scribe does SEO stuff. May be I misunderstood or it is wishful thinking.
